7 Triggers To Avoid That Will Reduce Your Migraines
Knowing, and avoiding, the triggers that cause crippling migraines is our first defense for achieving a happier pain-free life.
Some of the triggers are well known while others vary from person to person. Identifying, and logging yours, by writing them down in a headache diary or utilizing an app, going forward will help you learn and avoid the pain.
Ex: I develop a headache when am I tired (lack of sleep, or over-exertion)
Ex: My head hurts when I eat or don't eat, certain foods.
The goal is to identify as many triggers as you can, and avoid them all!
We are not able to control all of the variables we face, but controlling the ones we can is a great start to a healthier, pain-free, lifestyle.
This is for you, Nat.
